These past few days, I’ve been redecorating my little flat in Paris and I’m just so thankful that I have some of my sewing skills to rely on.
The first thing I did is to choose a theme. I’m a bit lazy to be honest as interior decorations is not my thing. So I went to Maisons du Monde and I just fell in love with their tropical theme. Plus I love the combination of teal with gray. And these are some of the stuff that I got.
From these colors, I went to Marche Saint Pierre and got these fabrics. I think they match quite well with the current colors of some of the decorations I got from Maisons du Monde.
Out of these fabrics, I made some pillow cases in mixed fabrics. Actually, they are just left-overs from my other sewing projects such as bedsheets and table cloth.

Table cloth and Table runner
Here’s a glimpse of my little cozy home. 🙂
Ok so this post is not really a tutorial or anything but I think that if I would have more time I’d make more of the following in my choice of colors and prints:
Table cloth
Table runner
Pillow cases
Pot handles
Bed sheets and Quilt Cover
and Quilted Curtains!!!
