Sew the pink and green pieces together (wrong sides facing). Sew only the upper portion of the strap…leave the ends open so that you could attach them on the bags later. You can try with the body of the bag to see how much length, you should leave open.

You can iron the straps this way. By now, you should have two straps in total after you joined the pink and green straps together.
